What to include

Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and Ironquill version, along with what you expected and what happened. For a purchase problem, say whether you were buying or restoring The Blood Amulet.

Please do not send payment card details, passwords, full story text, concealed roll results or your complete save.

Common questions

How do I restore The Blood Amulet?

In Ironquill, open Settings and choose Restore Purchases. The app will check your Apple account for the previous purchase. You will need an internet connection.

Can I ask for a refund?

Apple handles App Store billing and refund decisions. You can submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. If the adventure remains locked after a completed purchase, contact us as well.

Where is my progress stored?

Your saves, current game and completion history are stored on your iPhone. They may be included in an Apple device backup. Ironquill has no account system or separate cloud save.

How do I delete my progress?

Use Reset Adventure to remove progress for that story. Deleting Ironquill removes its local data from the device, although an Apple device backup may still contain a copy. Apple and RevenueCat keep the purchase record so it can be restored.

Does Ironquill work offline?

The adventures included with Ironquill work offline. An adventure you have bought will also open offline after the purchase has been verified on that device. You need an internet connection to buy or restore it.

The app closed or will not open

Install the latest App Store version, then close and reopen Ironquill. If it happens again, tell us which screen you last saw and include the device and version details listed above.

What information does Ironquill collect?

There is no account and no product analytics. RevenueCat checks purchases, while filtered Sentry reports help us fix crashes. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent.
